Rogachov is a fairly major town in the Gomel Region of Belarus. It has a moderate contamination level as a result of the Chernobyl disaster. This is the town from which I have based most of my work because this is where my contacts originate from. I also work with families and another orphanage that are located in the villages further into the contamination zone.
